FAQ

Do you buy from individuals?

Yes. Call us and tell us what you have, how old it is, what kind of condition it is in, and your asking price. Tony will call you back in a couple days if he is interested in your item(s).

Where do you get your merchandise?

We obtain our merchandise from a number of sources. Most of our used items come from estate sales and auctions. Our new merchandise are warehouse samples, scratch and dent items, and wholesalers.

Do you have _________?

The best way to find out is call us or come by and ask.

Do you deliver?

We do not deliver as a general rule, but ask our friendly staff about delivery. We can work things out for special cases and large purchases. Delivery charges will apply.

Do you ship items out of state?

We do not currently ship items, but that does not mean we won’t in the future. We are researching this option as we have been receiving requests for shipping.

Can you hold an item for me?

Tony’s doesn’t have a policy for holding items. If you see an item that you can’t live without, you either want to purchase the item or use our layaway plan.

How does your layaway work?

Tony’s Used Merchandise offers a layaway plan. The timeframe is 14 days. Your purchase must be $100 or more and we need 30% down. Our staff can figure up totals for you.

Do you take credit/debit cards?

Yes, we take Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit and debit cards on purchases of $10 or more. We also take checks with valid ID and phone number. There is a $25 charge for returned checks.

Do you hold purchased items due to inclement weather?

We will hold your purchase up to 30 days after purchase while you make arrangements for transport.

What happens if I don’t pick up my purchased items and layaways in the allotted timeframe?

You can call for an extension, but you will be subject to a $10 late fee. If you do not pick up your items in the allotted time, or pay your balance and late fee on the date you promise, your item(s) will be returned to stock for resale.
